On the 5th item, I would suggest considering adding “unsolicited” between “give” and “advice.” Sometimes questions are asked that could be heard as asking for advice. Of course, we want to preserve avoidance of anyone telling another what they ought to do.
The metal part of my personality would like to remove the space in “with out” on the 3rd item from the bottom. :)
