Meditation Sept. 14th 6:30 pm

Greetings Sangha,

This week we will meet in the Walker Room at UUBN at 6:30 Р8pm  for 3 rounds of 20 minute meditation, sitting and walking alternately. The last 30 minutes is saved for discussion of our practice or current reading. This week we plan to discuss Chapter 9 of our group read (Best Buddhist Writing of 2013), which is called Not For Happiness by Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse.
