Participants who are new to the Mindful Reflection Community are invited to enter the Zoom meeting at 6:30-6:45 p.m. Terry would like to tell you a little about the Mindful Reflection Community PRIOR to the regular meeting. Use the same Zoom link that you see below for the regular meeting.

We highly recommend that you practice entering this Zoom meeting today (Monday) or sometime Tuesday earlier in the day.  If you get Zoom to work properly, you will see a the following pop-up screen for the REGULAR MINDFUL REFLECTION ONLINE COMMUNITY ZOOM LINK:

First time users:  To see a video about how to use Zoom for the first time, go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIYudDeULlw.  Please note that your prompts might be slightly different since there are many types of browsers and operating systems.  The only thing you need to do is install something that allows Zoom to run. It only takes a few seconds.

If you are on a mobile device, go to your App Store and download Zoom Cloud Meetings.  Then come back to this e-mail and click the meeting link.

If you try to get this set up on Monday night or Tuesday morning, and you cannot get to the screen that shows “Please wait for the host to start the meeting”, feel free to call or text Jay at 312-405-5823 for technical support.

Daily Online Mindful Reflection:  Starting Wednesday (hopefully)

April 8th at 8:30 a.m.

Join our community for daily meditation, 7 days/week.  

5 different facilitators will use the following format:

8:35  Opening words  (Microphones muted from this point on)

8:40  20 Mindful Reflection

9:00  Closing words

9:05  End of meeting

We are currently setting up the link for the Daily Mindful Reflection Community.  I Information will be sent out in a separate email once it is completed. Watch for it!
